The post you commented on is part of a long list of fraudsters trying to rip people off. If you cannot understand the meaning of the post, you might want to read the title of the blog, or look through the earlier posts... clearly illustrating the reason the posts are presented.
Obviously it works, you found the blog by searching. The blog is here to help people. and it has, many times. Too bad it hasn't helped you. Maybe after you get scammed, you'll see.
